Schertz Chamber of Commerce Annual Health & Wholeness Fair
Join the Schertz Chamber of Commerce at the Schertz Civic Center on January 28 from 11 to 2 for the annual Health and Wholeness Fair. This annual event gives members of the community access to free vision, hearing and health screenings as well as free flu shots. In addition to the health screenings and services, the event hosts over 70 health and wellness vendors. Admission is free!
Star Party at Crescent Bend Nature Park
The Crescent Bend Nature Park hosts its annual Star Party on Saturday, February 3 from 6 until 9 pm. Escape the lights from the city and join the San Antonio Astronomical Association to view Saturn, Venus, Uranus and Jupiter through powerful telescopes. The event is free, and provides an excellent opportunity to see the stars of the Texas night sky.
The ColorVibe 5K
As winter draws to a close and spring hits the region, make plans to attend the ColorVibe 5K. This community walk/run takes participates through a haze of colorful paint powder. You'll get a rainbow of color from head to toe as you enjoy some active fun. Be sure to dress all in white so the colors are as brilliant as possible! The event takes place on Saturday, March 24 at Retama Park starting at 8:00 a.m.
